What do we use your information for? We use the information we collect from you to process transactions. Your information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product.

Do we disclose any information to our third parties? We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to third parties your personal information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist Alice Heart Photography in operating the website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

PAYMENT POLICY

Booking Alice Heart photography for wedding coverage requires a signed contract and a retainer deposit of $1,000 the remaining balance is due no later than (30) days before the wedding day.

SHIPPING

All albums are custom designed. Albums can take (30 - 90) days for a completed design. Albums will ship in less than 30 days after the final client approval. Orders for additional copies of albums already designed will ship in less than 30 days. Album designs will stay on file for 30 days, after which cannot be guaranteed that the design is still on file. 

REFUND POLICY

We do not do refunds.
